Don’t worry, your package will be safely delivered
We want to assure you that our glass products are excellently packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Each product has its own box, which is filled with paper and bubble wrap, and all of these boxes are then packaged in another larger box, which also contains paper and bubble wrap. We have years of experience in shipping packages and our shipments are delivered to customers worldwide, even in the case of economic shipping via post. Extra care ensures the safe transportation of your products to you.
Worldwide Shipping and Flexible Transportation Options for Your Convenience
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping for our products from our location in Bratislava, Slovakia. For transportation, we offer express air shipping via DHL and economic shipping via Slovak post. Additionally, for shipments within Europe and the UK, we use DPD courier service. For wholesale orders, we also offer the option for customers to arrange their own shipping. In this case, we will provide the dimensions and weight of the package, as well as the pick-up location. Please note that an additional 2-3 days should be added for preparation and packaging of your order, but this only applies to products that are in stock. Standard production of products that are not in stock may take 30-60 days, as it is a hand-made process which cannot be accelerated. Of course, it is also possible to order products on demand.
We Deliver Everywhere: From Remote to Extreme Destinations for dellivery
We deliver to every corner of the world, including remote and extreme destinations such as the Caribbean or Africa. We regularly deliver to destinations around the world, including the United Kingdom, America, Australia, Canada, and throughout Europe. Additionally, we also deliver to the United Arab Emirates and other destinations. Currently, due to the conflict in Ukraine, we do not deliver to Ukraine and Russia. There may be occasional temporary disruptions in delivery due to factors such as weather or other issues related to international transportation. Retail Orders for Out-of-Stock Items
When it comes to retail orders that are not in stock, we typically produce them within 30 days. However, it is also possible to place custom orders. However, please note that in certain cases, the production time may vary and be longer. This is due to the fact that retail orders are dependent on wholesale orders, as it is not economical or efficient to produce only one piece of a product. As our products are handmade glassware, which cannot be rushed and is labor-intensive, it is necessary to wait until a larger quantity of the ordered item can be produced.
Wholesale Order Delivery
All wholesale orders are delivered within 30 days. We do not keep items for any commercial orders in stock. Only products for retail are kept in stock. In extreme cases, the delivery time may be increased due to increased demand or reduced production capacity for various reasons. Wholesale orders are not sent through the online store. If you are interested in a wholesale order, you must send an inquiry by email. Subsequently, the customer will receive information about prices and the current delivery time. We consider an order of at least €500 excl. VAT and shipping costs as a wholesale order. Shipping is also handled individually for wholesale orders.
Payment
We offer two payment options for our customers: bank transfer and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept card payments. The reason for this is that we primarily deal with wholesale orders, for which card payments are not cost-effective. Once we receive an order, we always send a proforma invoice to the customer, which contains all the necessary details for an international bank transfer or a payment via PayPal.
